Choose a visit
The Full Santa Home experience
One family at a time, in Santa's Saratoga Springs Cottage. Most families spend about 40 minutes with us and take as many pictures as they like.

- With Santatime in his office for pictures, and a look at the naughty and nice list
- With Mrs. Clausbaking in her kitchen
- Childrenup to 6 per visit, because there is a hot oven

Many families bring a professional photographer. Photographers come in with their own ticket.
Truck and fire truck photos
A set time to take pictures all around Santa's trucks, for one price. Kids are welcome to pretend to drive with Santa or turn on the sirens. Bring a friend or grandparent to take the pictures. The outdoor fire truck is the best visit for grandparents, cousins and big family groups.
Big families and cousin groups
Big families often book two visits back to back. For a large group, ask in your request and Mrs. Claus will call you to plan how much time you need.
Our promise to each other
Every visit is paid ahead, so your time is held just for your family. Because no one else can take that time, a missed visit or a last-minute cancellation cannot be refunded.
If plans change, you may gift your visit to another family. Let us know at least 24 hours ahead with the new family's first names, so Santa can find them on his list in time.
Children are never on the naughty list. Only grandpas, and grown-ups who volunteer because they know they could do better!
